COVID-19 Response

First and foremost we are taking all precautionary measures to ensure that our employees, families and networks are safe.

This includes:

  • Enforcing hand hygiene and good sanitation by all employees
  • Providing personal protection equipment including masks and gloves
  • Maintaining social distancing guidelines
  • Performing routine environmental cleaning of our facilities
  • Having all non-essential employees to work from home
  • Mandating that sick employees stay home

As individuals and as a company we are practicing social distancing. As the scientific and medical guidance evolves, our approach will evolve to ensure the health and safety within our circle.

Things are changing by the hour and day, we don’t know how long this situation will continue,  but together we will get through this. We will navigate these challenges and find solutions as a community. Together, we can—and we will—beat this.


Where is Wheely located?

Home base is just outside New York City, with satellite offices in Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, Toledo and Dallas. Our dedicated service and fabrication facility is in Ohio.

We can provide Airstreams anywhere on a global basis and have experience and partners in both EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) and also APAC (Asia Pacific) countries. We speak both A/C and D/C, metric and imperial.

What type of Airstreams does Wheely have in its inventory?

We have over 25 Classic Airstreams of various models, sizes and years. Just let us know what you need – we’re sure to have it in stock, or will scour the land to get. We also have access to modern Airstream shells and a variety of other trailers if required.

What is the Wheely process?

Our process covers the entire project life cycle. We understand that every project is different and unique and we are here to work with your needs and vision. Our team is hands on and highly collaborative. The process is simple and straightforward:

Define: We determine the goals, timeline and budget for your event, program or build.

Design: Depending upon the scope of work our experienced designers will create illustrations or renders that reflect your needs.

Build: We’ll then deliver or build the Airstream based upon the design concept. We will provide staffing, technology, permitting, F&B and other services as needed.

Operate: Dependent upon the event or program we’ll provide the crew, support staff and manage on-site logistics guaranteeing flawless execution and attention to detail.

Maintain: We can provide support staff and manage logistics for the long term. And factor in storage and maintenance on an as-needed or annual basis.
